Drunk Vase (2023)

This original handmade ceramic vase is a unique sculptural artwork created from Mexican clay. Hand-built, bisque fired, stained, glazed, and finished in cone 5 oxidation, the piece embodies both functional form and expressive character.

The surface is hand-painted, allowing rhythm and gesture to move across the curved structure. While referencing a traditional vase form, the work transforms into a contemporary ceramic sculpture — balancing utility and artistic presence.

Each detail is shaped and finished by hand. This is a one-of-a-kind original artwork.
